The driver lost control and slid off the road, down an embankment, around 5 a.m. Sunday on Lincoln Highway, a mile north of Bristol Pike, local police told the news outlet.
Authorities freed the four victims that were trapped in the car and took them to a local hospital for treatment.
Their injuries and the cause of the crash are still unknown.
